About Easter Monday

The day after Easter Sunday, a public holiday in much of Europe and the Commonwealth.

In 2027 it falls on a Monday; in 2028 it’s on Monday 17 April, and in 2029 on Monday 2 April. Because it’s a Monday this time, wherever it’s a day off it makes a long weekend of at least three days. Also in March 2027: Easter (28 Mar), National Vietnam War Veterans Day (29 Mar) and Constitution Day (Canada) (29 Mar).
