About Commerce Day (Iceland)
Commerce Day is a public holiday in Iceland.
In 2027 it falls on a Monday; in 2028 it’s on Monday 7 August, and in 2029 on Monday 6 August. Because it’s a Monday this time, wherever it’s a day off it makes a long weekend of at least three days. Also in August 2027: Swiss National Day (1 Aug), Total solar eclipse (2 Aug) and National White Wine Day (3 Aug). From this page you can add it to your calendar, get an email before it, share the countdown, or show it full screen.
