Swiss National Day is coming up.

About Swiss National Day

Swiss National Day is the national day of Switzerland. It marks the alliance of Uri, Schwyz and Unterwalden in 1291.

In 2027 it falls on a Sunday; in 2028 it’s on Tuesday 1 August, and in 2029 on Wednesday 1 August. This time it falls at the weekend; some countries move the day off to a weekday when that happens. Also in August 2027: Yorkshire(Yorkshire Day) (Yorkshire Ridings Society) (1 Aug), National Day (Switzerland) (1 Aug) and Air Force Day (Ukraine) (1 Aug). From this page you can add it to your calendar, get an email before it, share the countdown, or show it full screen.
