International Whale Shark Day is coming up.

About International Whale Shark Day

International Whale Shark Day is marked on 30 August each year. It’s one of the environmental days listed on Wikipedia.

In 2027 it falls on a Monday; in 2028 it’s on Wednesday 30 August, and in 2029 on Thursday 30 August. Because it’s a Monday this time, wherever it’s a day off it makes a long weekend of at least three days. Also in August 2027: Summer bank holiday (30 Aug), National Toasted Marshmallow Day (30 Aug) and Liberation Day (Türkiye) (30 Aug). From this page you can add it to your calendar, get an email before it, share the countdown, or show it full screen.
