Scimitar-Horned Oryx Day is coming up.

About Scimitar-Horned Oryx Day

Scimitar-Horned Oryx Day is marked on 16 August each year. It’s one of the environmental days listed on Wikipedia.

In 2027 it falls on a Monday; in 2028 it’s on Wednesday 16 August, and in 2029 on Thursday 16 August. Because it’s a Monday this time, wherever it’s a day off it makes a long weekend of at least three days. Also in August 2027: Independence Day (India) (15 Aug), National Rum Day (16 Aug) and National Airborne Day (16 Aug). From this page you can add it to your calendar, get an email before it, share the countdown, or show it full screen.
