World Polio Day is coming up.

About World Polio Day

World Polio Day is marked on 19 October each year. It’s one of the awareness days listed on Wikipedia.

In 2026 it falls on a Monday; in 2027 it’s on Tuesday 19 October, and in 2028 on Thursday 19 October. Because it’s a Monday this time, wherever it’s a day off it makes a long weekend of at least three days. Also in October 2026: Oxfordshire(Oxfordshire Day) (19 Oct), National Brandied Fruit Day (20 Oct) and International Sloth Day (20 Oct). From this page you can add it to your calendar, get an email before it, share the countdown, or show it full screen.
