World Octopus Day is coming up.

About World Octopus Day

World Octopus Day is marked on 8 October each year. It’s one of the environmental days listed on Wikipedia.

In 2027 it falls on a Friday; in 2028 it’s on Sunday 8 October, and in 2029 on Monday 8 October. Because it’s a Friday this time, wherever it’s a day off it makes a long weekend of at least three days. Also in October 2027: Chung Yeung Festival (8 Oct), Navy Day (Peru) (8 Oct) and Arbor Day (Namibia) (8 Oct). From this page you can add it to your calendar, get an email before it, share the countdown, or show it full screen.
