About Victoria Day
A Canadian holiday for Queen Victoria’s birthday, now the start of the summer season.
From Wikipedia: Victoria Day, CC BY-SA 4.0
In 2027 it falls on a Monday; in 2028 it’s on Monday 22 May, and in 2029 on Monday 21 May. Because it’s a Monday this time, wherever it’s a day off it makes a long weekend of at least three days. Also in May 2027: European Day of Parks – Europarc Federation (24 May), Teachers’ Day (Bulgaria) (24 May) and International day of Markhor (24 May). From this page you can add it to your calendar, get an email before it, share the countdown, or show it full screen.
How we work out the date
It’s the last Monday before 25 May.
