About World Meteorological Day

World Meteorological Day is one of the international days on the United Nations list. The UN uses these days to draw attention to an issue and to what people around the world are doing about it.

In 2027 it falls on a Tuesday; in 2028 it’s on Thursday 23 March, and in 2029 on Friday 23 March. Also in March 2027: Pakistan Day (23 Mar), Purim (23 Mar) and National Chips and Dip Day (23 Mar).
