Teachers’ Day (Australia) is coming up.

About Teachers’ Day (Australia)

Teachers’ Day (Australia) is marked on the last Friday of October each year in Australia. It’s one of the Teachers’ Days around the world listed on Wikipedia.

In 2026 it falls on a Friday; in 2027 it’s on Friday 29 October, and in 2028 on Friday 27 October. Because it’s a Friday this time, wherever it’s a day off it makes a long weekend of at least three days. Also in October 2026: National Candy Corn Day (30 Oct), World Lemur Day (30 Oct) and Mischief Night (30 Oct). From this page you can add it to your calendar, get an email before it, share the countdown, or show it full screen.
