Norwegian Constitution Day is coming up.

About Norwegian Constitution Day

Norwegian Constitution Day is the national day of Norway. It marks the signing of the constitution at Eidsvoll in 1814.

In 2027 it falls on a Monday; in 2028 it’s on Wednesday 17 May, and in 2029 on Thursday 17 May. Because it’s a Monday this time, wherever it’s a day off it makes a long weekend of at least three days. Also in May 2027: World Telecommunication and Information Society Day (17 May), National Walnut Day (17 May) and Internet Day (17 May). From this page you can add it to your calendar, get an email before it, share the countdown, or show it full screen.
